Terms of Service
These terms apply to use of Datapult unless a signed customer agreement says otherwise. If there is a signed agreement, that agreement controls.
Service
Datapult provides workforce scheduling, shift planning, absence handling, reporting, and calendar synchronization tools for organizations and their authorized users.
Accounts
You must use Datapult only through an account authorized by your organization. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for following your organization's policies.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Datapult, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, or use Datapult in a way that violates applicable law or third party rights.
Google Calendar Synchronization
Google Calendar synchronization is optional. If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Datapult to create, update, and delete Datapult shift calendars and shift events in your Google Calendar account. You can disconnect the integration in Datapult settings or revoke access in your Google Account.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep Datapult reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, or provider outages. We may update the service and these terms when needed.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and Google Calendar data.
