Privacy Policy

Datapult ApS provides workforce scheduling software. This policy explains the personal data we process and how we use Google Calendar data when a user connects a calendar account.

Data We Process

We process account details, organization details, scheduling data, shifts, wishes, calendar synchronization settings, technical logs, and support messages needed to provide and operate Datapult.

Google Calendar Data

If you connect Google Calendar, Datapult requests permission to create, update, and delete Datapult shift calendars and shift events in your Google Calendar account. We store encrypted OAuth tokens, the granted scope, calendar identifiers, event identifiers, synchronization status, and errors needed to keep the integration working.

We use Google Calendar data only to provide calendar synchronization. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as needed to operate Datapult infrastructure and support the service.

Datapult's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, and support Datapult, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and Deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide Datapult, meet contractual obligations, resolve issues, and comply with legal requirements. Users can disconnect Google Calendar in Datapult settings or revoke access in their Google Account. To request deletion of account or calendar connection data, contact us.

Security

We use access controls, encryption for stored OAuth tokens, HTTPS, monitoring, and operational safeguards to protect data.
